1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

5. Withdrawals

cz777 aims to process all withdrawal requests on the same calendar day they are submitted, subject to completion of identity verification and the absence of any pending wagering requirements. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Any balance below this threshold must be increased through gameplay before a withdrawal can be processed.
2. Before your first withdrawal, you are required to complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method.
3. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where the payment provider permits this. If this is not possible, cz777 will contact you to arrange an alternative.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cz777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus amount is credited as Bonus Credits and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Credits are separate from your real-money Balance and cannot be directly withdrawn. Only winnings generated from Bonus Credits that have completed the applicable wagering requirement may be transferred to your withdrawable Balance.
• Free bets issued as promotions are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused free bets expire without replacement.
